Tretinoin use by pregnant women has not been extensively or adequately studied. Given its lack of a proven track record for safety in pregnant women, advised not to use.
The fda has designated hydroquinone a pregnancy category c substance, meaning that reproductive studies done on animals have shown to have adverse side effects on the fetus, but that there is a lack of well controlled studies in the human population.

I will advise against the use of turmeric. Also, hydroquinone, tretinoin creams should always be used under strict supervision by a qualified dermatologist. Otherwise it may lead to exogenous oochronosis which causes resistant pigmentation.

It's bad for the skin if used unsupervised and for a long period especially on the face. Any fairness produced by this cream is temporary and will lead lit of skin damage if continued.

You may need a lower strength or a different retinoid. You can also try to apply it after using a good moisturiser, also moisturise well throughout the day. If the dryness and peeling still persist, its better to consult a dermatologist for personalised advice on which retinoid to use and how.

Hi, use a moisturizer like venusia and sunscreen before going out in sun to help skin heal. Use tretinoin only on normal skin, at night very little amount under doctor's supervision.
