Treatment for Fungal Infection:-Stop all other applications. Cap. Itraconazole (Itrasys/ Canditral) 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks. Sertacide Cream for application once daily for 1 month. Sebifin cream once daily for 1 month Tab. Fexova 180 mg (if required in case of itching) The treatment has to be complete otherwise the condition will recur. Blood Test- Blood Sugar Fasting & PP. Serum Insulin Fasting and PP.

GDM or hyperglycemia in pregnancy need to be controlled by
Diet, medicines and Insulin Your HBA1C is bit high. As you said you unable to tolerate Metformin which is routinely used in GDM. So the last resort is always Insulin. GDM can affect foetus or mother of not controlled. We use Mixtard Insulin too. Current regimen seems OK to me.

take Patoladi kashayam 15 ml and Manjishtadi kashayam 15 ml two times a day before taking meal with adding equal amount of water.
Take Mahathikthakam Ghrutham 10 ml two times a day with milk.
Take Tablet Aarogya Wardhani 3 tab three times a day.
Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs and cold drinks etc.
Take light easily digestible nutritional protinius fiber rich diet and green leafy vegetables.
