Hello,
Nimesulide should not be used. You can take Ibuprofen or any other pain killer which you tolerate.

There are various pain killers
1.if you are diabetic then use only ultracet (tramadol+paracetamol) or combiflam twice daily for 3 days
2.if not you can take diclofenac +paracetamol twice for 3 days.

Yes a paracetamol be given after 1 hour of sumo (paracetamol 325 mg 100 mg nimesulide) if fever does not decrease . you may also need antibiotics if you have infection of the chest or anywhere

Sore throat due to infection common in changing season take antibiotics antihistamminic antiinflamatory on doctors prescription and try gurgles with Listerine put a tsf in lukewarm water twice or have steam inhalation to get relief.

You should get X-ray/MRI done.and see a orthopedic,it could be disc bulge.Take rest and some anti-inflammatory medicine as the doctor advices.

If you get pain due to your workout in gym, then it will be better for you to do regular stretching before and after your workout. It is not advisable to take painkillers very often for a preventable cause. You also have other medical problems, so you have to be careful taking too many medications.

The risk is present but not absolute. If you wish to continue the pregnancy, get a detailed anomaly scan at 16- 18 weeks and proceed based on the reports.
