Hello, Thanks for the query.
Increased frequency of urination can occur due different causes like urinary tract infections, diabetes and/or prostate enlargement. Since you are only 44 years old, prostate enlargement is unlikely cause. Since there is the history of UTI, you may have to continue the antibiotic treatment for a few more days. Plus drink enough water and other fluids. Also get your blood glucose (fasting & PP) done, to see if there is any increase in the glucose levels. Thanks.

1. Martifur Mr. 100 (nitrofurantoin) is a good antibiotic and no need to use levofloxacin. 2. Drink plenty of fluids and re evaluates blood sugars and glycemic control. 3. If he is on sglt2 inhibitor drugs (canagliflozin, dapagliflozin, and empagliflozin) for diabetes, it can cause recurrent uti. 4. If he has recurrent uti, get urine culture and sensitivity for definitive treatment.

It is a condition found in the cultures of the indian subcontinent in which male patients report symptoms of fatigue, weakness, anxiety, loss of appetite, guilt, and sexual dysfunction, attributed by the patient to loss of semen through urine, in nocturnal emission, or masturbation. Male patients think that they suffer from premature ejaculation or impotence, and believe that they ar...more

Hi Mr. lybrate-user getting blood in semen is not normal. It must be investigated thoroughly. You must get semen analysis done from laboratory and also semen culture for infection.
The chances of having prostate cancer at this age are very rare, it could be infection or some other cause.
Since you also have multiple bony pains, it also needs to be investigated. It can be deficiency of vit d or calcium or may be a metabolic disease.
Consult a urologist and follow his advice.
