Asked for male, 35 years old from Srinagar

Hiii doctors in the group. In 7th month of pregnancy & I am fed up due to recurrent uti. I feel currents & vibrations down there. In extreme pain. Tired each & every medication but it goes for a week & comes back. Niftas, zifi, ut joy suspension, cepodem are the medicines I tried & please let me know can these medicines cause deformity to the baby, kindly help, please.

Urispas two times a day after food for ten days.
Citralka liq10 ml with half glass of water three times a day after food. For ten to fifteen days. Safe, no side effects.

Hello.,

Warm water gargle is the best solution.

You can keep a pinch of turmeric is your throat overnight. That helps.

I am diabetic 67 years man suffering from e coli uti infection with warm pee and burning urination from last 4 month I have completed meropenem 2 mg 7 days and amicasin 5 days antibiotics course and nitrofurantoin 100 from 20 days but no relief should I continue antibiotic now.

"As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -
1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor[urologist] and to confirm do few investigations like this (Urine RE/ME/CULTURE & cystoscope) and take correct medication as per the report.
2) Do check your fasting blood sugar on tomorrow and if it is high then discuss with your Doctor to adjust medications and without medication adjustment infection will not be controlled.

My wife culture test detected enterobacter aerogenes. Doc prescribed nitrofurantoin 100 mg, one in morning and evening. She is feeling very weak, her BP has been low 110, 70 and body ache. Please advise

- She should take plenty of oral fluids including 1-2 litres of water
- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains
- for bodyache can have a paracetamol tablet.

Don't worry. Start takind 2 tb of chandraprabhavati + 4 tsf of panchtrinmool kwath with equal amounts of water after meals twice a day.
Gokshuradi guggulu 2 tb empty stomach twice a day.
U will be completely alright.

I have frequent urination with burning sensation. Since 3 days. I faced it in night also. My sleep got disturb at night as I woke up 2 to 3 times at night. I took levofloxacin 500 mg and nitrofurantoin 100 mg since 2 days .how many days I will take these and still I woke up at night for urge to urination. Should I add some other medications.
