Dear lybrate-user,
in general, it is advised that during an ongoing active infection, it is better to get the infection treated, and then plan pregnancy, as health is more important. Also, some antibiotics are not to be taken when planning pregnancy. But in case you do conceive this month, be rest assured that the antibiotic prescribed to you will not harm the baby.

Dear Lybrateuser,
- you can take the dose, if you continue with the medication as prescribed & complete the course the the chances of getting it again are less, also have plenty of oral fluids including water (7-8 glasses per day).
