Hydroquinone tretinoin mometasone cream ko band krne k bad kya use kre ki pigmentation dubara na ho.
Hi, please stop this combination cream. Use sunscreen like sunban or photostable every 2 hours when out in sun. You can prefer milder creams with niacinamide or vitamin c or kojic to apply at night for a few weeks. For specific recommendations, please send pictures to me or consult a local dermatologist.

Hi, you can use vit C. It reduces dark spots to some extent. Further treatment can be advised only after assessing the dark spots to identify its cause. You could use moisturizer and sunscreen during the day to prevent further skin pigmentation. Ingredients like niacinamide and others will help. Do consult a local dermatologist for proper guidance.

Hello. There are various creams containing kojic acid, hydroquinone and niacinamide which have good depigmentatio effects. Also there are oral Glutathione tablets which can give fair skin. But you should be aware all depigmentation agents make you skin sensitive to sun. So to maintain the results you need to be very strict with sunscreen usage. Consult a dermatologist for assessment and customized treatment.

Hello, panderm cream gives good results initially but the steroids a d hydroquinone are harmful and damages your skin. Better be satisfied with more slow results using milder creams containing Koji acid. Niacinamide like Melaglow. Also use a Sunscreen three times a day to maintain the results or you ll become more dark due to sun damage. Consult a Dermatologist.

Hello, Xinbest has liquorice and niacinamide which are mild depigmentation agents. Though not very strong like hydroquinone they are ideal for sensitive skin like underarms. Axilla and pubic region pigmentation are under hormonal control and difficult to correct with creams and will take longer duration. Patience is the key.
