Hello, The above creams contain hydroquinone and steroid which work well for short time but should not be used for long term. You can use creams which contain kojic acid, vit c, niacinamide like Melaglow. But the most important is to constantly use sunscreen during and after treatment to maintain the results.

There are various treatment for pigmentation. From creams containing hydroquinone to milder ones of Kojic acid, niacinamide, arbutin. There is options of glutathione injections to oral tablets with vitamin C, also laser toning also gives good results. You can start with Melaglow twice a day. It is very important ot use sunscreen three times a day during these treatment as the skin becomes very sensitive.

Hello, A night cream containing kojic acid, niacinamide is safe and effective like Melaglow, you can also use Vit C serums. The most important thing during these treatment is sun protection. You have to be strict with usage of sunscreen atleast three times a day to maintain the results.
