Hello, Underarm and inner thigh pigmentation may be due to various reason. Fungal infections need to be ruled out before any treatment. If ther is no fungal infection, then you can use some milder pigmentation creams containing kojic acid, niacinamide like Melaglow cream. But you need to understand these areas take long time to sow results. Consult a dermatologist.
