You need to visit a cardiologist nearby for a detailed examination and evaluation. Its very difficult to give a correct opinion without physically seeing the patient.

Hi Gaurav your BP seems uncontrolled..you need to adjust your BP medication..I will be in position to suggest your the required change in your BP medicine after knowing the pattern of your BP check 2 times( morning and evening) for atleast 3 day..

nikoran is for blockage not for BP.

bp may be low for few weeks after heart attacks. So measure BP weekly and medicine may be restarted if BP becomes high again
