It is possible that you are having retracted ear drum due to blockage of the eustachian tube. Or there may be ear wax impaction or there may be fungal infection of your external ear. See an ent specialist to assess the real reason and get treated. Incidentally, too much use of head phones with loud pitch may damage your hearing apparatus, so use minimally and at lower volume.

Regular consumption of spicy food can cause ulcer. Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. There is no need for your to eat the chewing gum she has eaten. But if you do eat out of love there is nothing wrong in it . YOu need not get mad ather and try to gently tell her to avoid chewing gums too much
