Hello-
Testosterone production is highly dependent on the availability of vitamin B (B1, B6, B12, niacin and folic acid), and vitamin B is usually found in food such as avocados, beans, leafy green vegetables, whole grains and dairy products.
Foods rich in vitamin A may help bolster testosterone levels. Foods such as spinach, carrots, apples, pineapples and red peppers can help. Vitamin A ensures that the reproductive system is healthy and that the testes can produce testosterone.

You have to take multivitamin tablets with vitamin d3 tablets. There is no harm if you take folic acid tablets also. I will suggest you to take single tablet in place of so many. I recommend you to take MUMVIT+ DUO which is updated french formulation which is a combination of all.
