2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.

Dear lybrateuser,
-Do warm salt water gargles three times a day
- take tablet paracetamol 500 mg, 1 tablet twice a day after meals
- take throat lozenges three times a day
- have more of warm fluids including water, tea, coffee, soup avoid all cold fluids and refrigerated foods
- avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods.

Good morning. U take a beautiful medicine. Gels - 30 / 3-4 drops with 2 teaspoonful water half an hour gap 8-10 times. From next day thrice daily in empty stomach. Azadirecta Ind. - Q / 30 ml. 10 drops with warm water half an hour gap for one day. Then 4 times daily.
Food normal.
