Please see a qualified and trained psychologist at the earliest. Psychologist is an expert in diagnosis by psychological testing and counselling/psychotherapy i. E. Treatment without medicines. Psychiatrist gives medicines only. Only if psychological testing reveals psychosis, medicines will be 100% effective. However, if testing shows psychological problem, medicines will be ineffective. So, go for testing soon.

Dear Javvaji,
No tablet is safe. Every tablet has side effects since they are routed through various organs before reaching the target organ.
I agree that there are no major side effects with these nootropics.
All nootropics are not 100% potent. They may be of very little help in normal population.
Don't include modafinil in this list. It is better to avoid for normal persons. Other tablets if you can afford, you can take.

From the given details, it is very clear that your son is mood disorder and irritability because he is going through a developmental period called adolescence. During this period, naturally, mood swings, anger, aggression, indecisiveness, conflicts are normal. Simple behavioral therapy techniques should be suitable and he will be cured. Please post a private query for me with all the possible details you can post. Be intuitive, non-judgmental. I will help you with the problem. God bless you.
