I am 22 years old boy. I am suffering from watery stool since 2 days. First day I have taken ofloxacin ornidazole tablet but no relief. Second day I have taken norfloxacin tinidazole lactobacillus tablets but symptoms persist. What should I do now?

Continue ofloxacin and ornidazole for 3 days
it requires 3-4 days to recover
drink plenty of water
avoid spicy fatty oily food
take more curd butter milk and pomegranate in diet
take small frequent meal
take ors.

Daily cleaning and dressings are generally required with antibiotic cover depending on the wound swab culture. If your test showed bacterial sensitive to oflox and ornidazole it is good medication. However I would insist you show it to a plastic surgeon and get few dressings done which may speed up healing.

The unwanted use of antibiotics in children are not advisable and if she goes to do poop it is normal. If you give anything in bottle you must stop bottle feeds and give her normal foods with a spoon only. You may give probiotics like nutrolin b syrup for a 7- 10 days.

My self 36 years old, I am suffering from Typhoid level is detected H type 1/320 through Widal test. I have taken 5 days BD dose Cefixime 100 mg tablets and 200 mg ofloxacin and an other 3 days Cefixime and Potassium Cluvatanite. Fever was gone .After 3 days again suffering from fever, weakness, pls suggest.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and Get your blood checked freshly for CBC and follow up with reports.
