My father age 72 with creatinine 2.2 taking ketoadd tablet 2: 2:2 since last 1 year when creatinine was 1.7, also taking glycomet gp 0.5 blood sugar, and nicardia xl30 for blood pressure. Kindly suggest me proper treatment for creatinine.

Nicardia xl is one of the good drugs for bp control.
She is already on 3 bp medications. Bp control has a very important role in delaying the progress of the kidney disease. The only issue is nicardia xl is usually prescribed once a day dosage and needs careful bp monitoring if high doses are given.

I got a fissure and that won't cured. I consulted 4 physicians but no use. After 2 months I visited colon surgeon and he advised lateral sphincterotomy and given ointment nifedipine and lidocaine cream. After using that cream better relief and after month the fissure was healed. From past 4 months good but I am feeling my internal sphincter was tight. Should I need the surgery or with time my problem will be solved. Please give me suggestions.

Am 35 year old female. Gave birth 8 months ago and my pressure levels have not normalized ,during pregnancy I was on medication for pressure. I do pressure monitor readings almost every day and its always between 115 -128 (sys) and 75-88 dia. After two days it tends to shift to 130-145 sys and 90-95 dia. When it shifts I always take one tablet of nifedipine (20g) and it normalizes back. Kindly advise me on what to do to keep it normal. Thank you.

I am taking hypertension medicine from last 2.5 yrs. Just few days before whenever I used to take nicardia 10 my heart beat used to go higher so I visited a cardiologist he advised me to take beta blocker met xl 50 with nicardia 20 but I am facing flushing some time but from few days I few some things very light pain in my chest hardly for second and it goes away it comes very rarely some time I feel same in the back side some time I feel same thing in other part of body like hand leg .is it anxiety or something side effect or something else. What should I do. Few months before my creatinine was 1.6 and my lipid profile was showing 133 ldl kindly suggest me something helpful.

My wife is pregnant her ultrasound in eighth month which completed on 22 December 2016. In ultrasound baby weight is 2068 gm. Everything is normal. Mild IuGR is shown. She is a patient of of severe PIH. Doctor advised us to have a caesarian on 7 Jan 2017because her b.p is rising. She is taking two gravidol and one nicardia retard 10 mg in morning and two gravidol and one nicardia retard 10 mg in night. Morning time is 9a. M and in night at9p. M. Her b.p through out day remains 130/90. But in evening her b.p start rising from 6 p.m and reading shows up to 160/100. If caesarian is done on 7 Jan the baby will be safe .This is right time to have a Caesarian.
