Protein in urine should be quantified further as to how much it is wether microscopic or macroscopic, if possible you can get a 24 hr urine protein anaylsis. neways you need to continue taking your tablet and if needed increase its dose to prevent hypertensive nephropathy which is high bp effevt on kidneys..

Both are good choices. My preference is for telmisartan single drug treatment for young person

You should not change bp tablet or reduce it without consulting your physician. It only 'controls' bp at certain level but does not cure permanently. Don't change bp dosage without consulting your physician.

renal artery stenosis is a rare disease mostly of old people. Rarely in young women. Unless you have been diagnosed as renal artery stenosis dont have to worry about it.
