OTRIVIN
Do not use this medication for more than 3 to 5 days in a row. Nasal spray: The usual recommended dose for adults is one to three sprays in each nostril every 8 to 10 hours. The head should be tilted slightly forward while using the spray.

Mucolite sr capsule is best! twice daily for 5 days. Do not take otrivin. Use nasoclear which will cleanse the passage only. Though not good relief, it is safe for now. Also use karvol plus steam inhalation capsules and do steam inhale with water everyday.
