Instead of asking for side effects, please let me know what you are feeling new after taking nexpro fast since these 6 months. There are many side effects reported. If it is reported by 5% of patients, it will be a side effect. 95% of patients may not get those side effects. You may be in 95%. So better not to worry about side effects now if you don't have any in these 6 months.

You seem to be suffering from reflux disorder. Instead of only nexpro, please take nexpro with domperidone on empty stomach. Avoid spicy oily food and eating late in the night. Instead of two large meals consider having 4 to 5 small meals at 4 hourly interval if possble. Do not sleep for atleast 3 hours after dinner in other words have dinner in the evening. Breast enlargement and formation of milk ( lactation ) is known side effect of domperidone and if you stop it you will be fine
