Alovera will not help you much. But life style modification and dietary protocols do help. 5. Plenty of Salads and Fruits in Diet.
6. Avoid oily and fried food.
7. Eat Small frequent meals.
8. Avoid Chillies, Spices, Cauliflower, Beans, Peppers, tea, coffee.9. Don't lie down immediately after meals .At least for 30 minutes.

Dear Paul,
Both alcohol and nexpro fast act on the stomach. So better not to combine both.
Instead of asking for side effects, please let me know what you are feeling new after taking nexpro fast since these 6 months. There are many side effects reported. If it is reported by 5% of patients, it will be a side effect. 95% of patients may not get those side effects. You may be in 95%. So better not to worry about side effects now if you don't have any in these 6 months.

do following.
Avoid water during foods
take water 1 hr after foods always
take salads and fruits more before lunch and dinner regularly
do yoga and pranayam regularly
take following homeopath medication
nux vomica
30 ch
4 drops twice a day
lycopodium

4 drops twice a day

4 tabs three times a day
all for 3 to 6 weeks

Dear Doctor, I have acidity problem for the last 18 years. In 1996, it was diagnosed as Mild inflammatory Oesophagus and reflux. Was treated for two months. I have it remained almost all these 16 years. Regularly taking Omez 20 mg for almost 5-6 years. Recently I have suffered from 'dysphagia' for solids, after a an acute gastroenteritis with fever for two days .it was treated with antibiotics and pro biotic and glucose. One Doctor suggested me neck CT, Gastric Endoscopy. After Endoscopy, the Gastroenterologist concluded that there are two healing ulcers and HP infection for he prescribed Sompraz HP kits for 15 days. He advised also to consult a neurologist and if it is not Neurological problem then get neck scan to rule out tumor. After one of taking HP kit tablets, my problem of difficulty in swallowing food was disappeared. I didn't get other Tests. But even now I have to take either esomeprazole or pantoprazole tablets daily. My other problems and medication: (1) anxiety (for some 10 years alprax 0.25+0.5+0.25 and for the last 5-6 years lonazep 0.25 +0.5). When I was admitted hospital for gastroenteritis, one psychiatrist prescribed Serta 100 for six months and planned to wane of Clonazepam. (2) gardenal for 40 years. Taking 30 mg for the last 27 years. I had the last seizure in 1973 (3) previously I was asthmatic till 2000. That 20 years problem was almost totally cured. No attacks after 1999. (4) when asthma treatment came to an end I was diagnosed as high BP patient. Now I am taking MetXL 50 daily one tablet. What is your precious advice to me after reading all these problems? Kindly guide me. Thanking you.

I am a 18-year-old girl and doctor suggested me 10 tablets of clarithromycin 500 mg twice a day but I did’t know that it was an antibiotic. So I did not take 3 tablets on time. What should I do now? wouldn't my infection be better because of this?

That's fine but don't miss out dose now. We are supposed to take full course of antibiotic recommend to prevent antibiotic resistance.
