1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

From your symptoms it appears you may have H.Pylori infection and is very commonly associated with duodenal ulcer.
U do H.pylori test by a Gastroenterologist and if found +ve get it treated adequately and you all be alright.
Now your diet-Small frequent food non spicy food. Avoid long hour gap in between meals. Take vegetable juice, boiled vegetables and vegetables soups
Avoid tea, tobacco, alcohol..
