Dear user, If you want a proper treatment please explain your problem in detail, why are you so depressed, work on the root cause. You could call and discuss, till then you could exercise, go for a walk, spent time with friends, follow healthy diet etc. Rest will depend on your current condition, after getting details I ll be able to help you better. You need a good counselor, don't depend on the medicines counseling will help you better.
