first of all, I would like to know for how many days you are taking rexipra 10 mg and 15 mg tablets, as these medications take time to show maximum action and also some of the side effects would reduce after use for adequate duration. In your case I have following recommendations:

All antidepressants cause hyoontremia, but may not be for all people. next plus contains escitalopram which is prone for hyponatrmia. It has to be managed by water restriction and if needed loop diuretics by doctor. If antidepressants can be changes there are low to medium rick ones for hyponatremia
