So, I would suggest you to stop paroxetine over 15 days by taking 1/2 tablet of 12.5 for 15 days meanwhile continuing nexito 5 mg during that phase. Hello lybrate-user, nexitoplus contains 5 mg of escitalopram and 0.5 mg of clonazepam. When you use any tablet containing clonazepam for more than two weeks you may get withdrawal symptoms and these withdrawal symptoms almost mimic like anxiety symptoms. Hence I advise you to separately take nexito 5 mg and clonazepam 0.25 mg which is a half of the dose which you had taken earlier. And you can stop clonazepam 0.25 mg after two weeks.

Usual dose of nexito is 10-20 mg. Most of the time a patient doesn't require more than this dose but if in your case you getting better effects by 25 mg and able to tolerate medicine very well, you can continue with 25 mg. Don't worry.
