The medications you have been given need fine tuing, though lonazep is good for anxiety, it cannot be given on a longer run as it a benzodiazepine and needs to be given for shorter course. Nexiot forte is powerful and has high doses of escitalopram and produces more side effects than benefits, you need better medications for your anxiety. Consult any psychiatrist either online or in person and get helped for rationale medication choice which is tolerabe as well as does not produce side effects w...more

I hate to say this, but a proper solution always comes after a proper evaluation. In your case, we need to confirm that your diagnosis is indeed depression. Next we have to determine if the headache is a part of depression, some other medical illness or a side effect of escitalopram. Based on this analysis, further management can be suggested. It is possible to treat depression based on scientifically proven and established methods without the use of medicines as well. Take care!

Dear user if you don’t want to take medication for life time then please wake up yourself, medicines are not a perfect solution for mental health, you have to work on your own, your will power, your mind and thoughts. You are too young. But due to certain reasons if you are on antidepressants you have to take some extra care of yourself. I donã¢â€â™t know what are the circumstances under which you are taking medicines, I want to know the whole details about your disorder. But I must say donã¢â...more

These medications that you mention, i.e. Venlafaxine, lithium and escitalopram that you have been prescribed can be taken simultaneously without any serious side effects. Don't stop any medication without your doc's advice.
If you suddenly stop a medicine, the effect from the previous days carry on for some more days; that's why you feel better. Eventually the medicine will lose its effects & you won't feel good.

The most effective solution for dealing with anxiety for me personally was waking up early. I am not a morning person but once I tried this, I was surprised how good this made me feel. It helped me find peace and calm myself down. Having so much time in my hand I could do small things that made me happy and I felt a sense of accomplishment just by waking up early. I feel the most anxious during the night- so sleeping early really helped me tackle it to a great extent.

Nothing will happen, just some nausea and drowsiness. If you have those thoughts discuss with your psychiatrist.

Hello both are antidepressants. Rexipra is a SSRI and zyven is a SNRI. Both drug belong to different class of antidepressants and both help in depression. Both are efficacious drug and depending om patient profile they are chosen. For bipolar illness you need a mood stabilizer. Antidepressant can switch you to high phase if you are having bipolar illness. Discuss with your practitioner before starting any medication. You can consult me for any help required.
