I have take nexito forte (escitalopram 10 mg+clonazepam 0.5 mg) .librax I have anxiety with stomach pain aur burning urination I am always take tension about my health can this medicine help me.

Nexito forte is fine, but instead of librax (has benzodiazepine), there are better medication to combine with it for total resolution of symptoms. Consult an astute psychiatrist, either online or in person. Good luck.

Medicines should not be cut off at a sudden phase. Have a counselings session and tapping down dosage will be advised. With that natural ways to manage the illness will be taught and trained.

escitalopram, apart from impotence, can cause worsening of depression, suicidal tendency. Sweating, dizziness, gastrointestinal upset, fatigue, sexual dysfunction, ejaculation disorder, fever, sinusitis, yawning. The erection problem will stop when you stop using it

Sudden stop of med not advisable. U can reduce the dose by 25 % every month. If any problem comes you may add vilazodone 20 mg after consulting your doctor. Yes escitalopram can cause wt gain.

Both the medications mentioned above have a combination of 2 salts. One of which is a benzodiazepines. Long term use of benzodiazepines is not recommended except under specialist care.

Please suggest can he stop nexito ls .it is escitalopram with clonazepam .can he stop directly or he has to tapered dose .then how many days it will take to stop completely after tapering dose?

There is no harm in giving nexito tab even after a stroke. Its probably given for some anxiety issues.
But if he does not need it anymore, it can be discontinued safely.

Need not worry for the side effects, get a scan done around 6-7wks, if gud you can continue and nt scan around 11-13 wks and double screening test.
And tiffa scan at 18-20 wks
these r routinely done for everyone but you should get it done fr sure.

Everything under sun has effects+side effects.
Do not worry about side effects as they are not likely to be significant.
Do consult psychaitrist for depression or anxiety instead of just stopping treatment.
Of course consult gynecologist for pregnancy.

Need not worry side effects rare
adv u for NT scan around 11 wks and triple marker around 18 to 20 wks. Ok
