Many things can affect the dose of a medication that a person needs, such as body weight, other medical conditions, and other medications. If your doctor has recommended a dose different from the ones listed here, do not change the way that you are taking the medication without consulting your doctor.

All antidepressants cause hyoontremia, but may not be for all people. next plus contains escitalopram which is prone for hyponatrmia. It has to be managed by water restriction and if needed loop diuretics by doctor. If antidepressants can be changes there are low to medium rick ones for hyponatremia

Your medicines are not making you gain weight but your mood is. As one feels good and improved after medicine they tend to eat more but neglect physical activities. Increase your exercise time.

It's good that you're thinking carefully about how to manage your medication, particularly when it comes to tapering off drugs like nexito plus (which usually contains escitalopram, an antidepressant, and clonazepam, a benzodiazepine). Nexiot forte is powerful and has high doses of escitalopram and produces more side effects than benefits, you need better medications for your anxiety. Consult any psychiatrist either online or in person and get helped for rationale medication choice which is tolerabe as well as does not produce side effects w...more

I hate to say this, but a proper solution always comes after a proper evaluation. In your case, we need to confirm that your diagnosis is indeed depression. Next we have to determine if the headache is a part of depression, some other medical illness or a side effect of escitalopram. Based on this analysis, further management can be suggested. It is possible to treat depression based on scientifically proven and established methods without the use of medicines as well. Take care!

Dear user if you don’t want to take medication for life time then please wake up yourself, medicines are not a perfect solution for mental health, you have to work on your own, your will power, your mind and thoughts. You are too young. But due to certain reasons if you are on antidepressants you have to take some extra care of yourself. I donã¢â€â™t know what are the circumstances under which you are taking medicines, I want to know the whole details about your disorder. But I must say donã¢â...more
