Hello - nexito (escitalopram) is an effective medication for anxiety and you are on 10 mgs which is an effective dose. If you are feeling better continue on the same medication
- there is no need to change to nexito plus at this stage. Nexito plus contains escitalopram and clonazepam. Whilst escitalopram can be continued long term, clonazepam is meant only for short term use. So it is not recommended at this stage for you

Flunil (Fluoxetine) and Nexito (Escitalopram) both belong to class of SSRI (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor). They both are effective in a treatment of Depression, Anxiety Disordes and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and a lot of other Psychiatric Disordes.
