Beta loc 25 contains propranolol which decreases your bp, heart rate and may cause dizziness. Get your bp, pulse rate checked, ecg done.
Second cause may be censopram lite, which contains escitslopram (antidepressant ,anti anxiety) and clonazepam (benzodiazepine, anti anxiety, hypnotic).since clonazepam causes sleep perhaps after getting up from bed under the influence of this drug you may have dizziness.

Hi, in such a young age you are not supposed to get dependent on antidepressants, Consult to some psychologist, he/ she may help. For your height your weight is more, try to reduce your weight. please understand your panic disorder well. Stalopam lite needs to be taken for months. Can not be stopped so soon. Please consult your doctor about your disturbance before increasing the dose.
You can also add cognitive therapy of knowing the situation of panic attacks, equating your symptoms to grave disease or death etc. For example you have to question whether heart beating is equal to heart attack and death.
