Hello dear. I-kul has naphazoline which is vasoconstrictor which means it constricts the blood vessels and redness decreases.
Please do not use it for such long time. Use lubricating eyedrop.

Ikul won't help. Use Antibiotic such as Obra (TOBRAMYCIN) eye drop 4 times or ACULAR LS drops. Three times a day, and consult an eye specialist.

No these eyedrop cause vasoconstriction which decreases redness temporarily but not permanently you can blink a lot
