Hello-
Yes it is true that zinc (needed for sexual well being) is lost during excessive masturbation, but eating beef cannot replace it as beef is not a good source of zinc. Consume oysters, shell fish, chicken etc to achieve what expected.

Hi,
as per the need of an adult male, daily intake of 11 milligrams zinc necessary.
Instead of going for zinc supplements in medication, you can go ahead with adding zinc rich food in your diet. Like, spinach, mushroom, garlic, beef, crabs, peanuts, cashews, dark chocolate etc.
Revert back if still interested to have medication homoeopathically.
God bless.
