Hello Dear Doctors I am 17 years old sir I have a big problem my lips is big and I am unsatisfied with my lips, Big lips make personality, I am very serious about it Some doctors adviced me to get cosmetic surgery or lip reduction surgery but lip reduction surgery has many side effects I am not take a risk. Please suggest me other method to lip reduction one person says that fatkari and glycerin mix in our lips to lip reduction but they are infection in my lips please suggest me other method of lip reduction like other domestic method.

Only cosmetic surgery is the solution. However I don't recommend that as if you are confident about your personality, big lips is just not a problem.

My father is having creatinine 4.5 and urea 170 and is ckd patient .his pth is 933 and now a days from last 15 days he is having itching problem all around the back and legs and neck and black spots have been formed ,dr has advised pth tablet and calcitrol tablet and asked to use lactocalmine on the affected areas but problem is not rectified. Though we are using coconut oil on the affected areas also but itching is creating problem mainly in night. Suggest some treatment or remedy for it. We have shown to skin doctor also and he has given diprovate and glycerin tube and problem still persists. Please help me by giving some remedy. No dialysis is taken till date.

My baby is 4 days old. He was crying loudly for breast milk. As he was picked by 9 months, I have no breast milk.in this situation my baby has gas and crying continuously. Doctor recommend glycerin for potty and then nurses gave pedicloryl syrup 6 drops to my baby, then he fall asleep. He did not wake from evening to morning, he didn't sucking also. Next day my baby is attacked by neonatal sepsis infection and go to icu. My question is" is there a relationship between eating pedicloryl syrup in empty stomach and neonatal sepsis" is my baby's brain is hampered due to eating pedicloryl syrup in empty stomach at 4 day of his age?

There is no relationship between eating pedicloryl syrup in empty stomach and neonatal sepsis. The crying was an e=arly sign of infection and a checkup was needed. Besides, never feed on a bottle with nipple and you can spoon feed or feed from a sipper

Hi i’m 22 years old and have suddenly had bad cystic acne for about 4-5 months now. Had clear skin before. I took nutracne fem for 3 months. Daily I wash my face with an advanced cleanser from dermaceutic laboratories, it contains xylitol, zinc, urea and glycerin, in the morning I use heliocare sunscreen water gel and in the night I apply sesderma sesretinal moisturising gel. And on my cysts I apply nadifloxacin overnight. Nothing seems to be helping. I have been washing my hair every 2 days to keep dandruff away from my face and do not put any make up but I still break out everyday and have acne. Please help. I used to use venusia cream before my cystic acne started and that worked very well on my skin but my doctor told me to stop using it. I also have normal skin, not dry but not too oily, just t-zone gets oily sometimes.

Sir, I am rajasthan, india. My mother (54 yrs) has tb meningitis which we noticed through contrast brain mri scan 15 days ago. Already she has some disease such as myelofibrosis, hypothyroid and diabetes for which we are giving her medication according to a general physician. Now she is suffering from tbm which creating much problems. She is in bed like unconscious situation but several times she opens eyes and shakes her head in negative or affirmative when we try to talk to her. Because we don't have a good icu in our city so as per consultation of a local neuro physician we're giving her treatment as below at home - 1. Inj. dexamethasone - 6 mg tds 2. Inj. Ranitidine - bd 3. Inj. Ondansetron - bd 4. Inj. Mannitol 100 ml - tds 5. Fluid ns/rl - 500 ml - od 6. Tab. Throx (100 mg) - od 7. Tab. Forecox (2 tabs) - od 8. Tab. Telnimac m 500 - od we are feeding her milk, mashed oat porridge with milk and watery part of prepared lentils 200 ml alternatively through rt tube 4 times daily. Because there is not so much improvement in her health so kindly suggest me with your point of view with medication and feeding. If your experts need her blood test reports, mri scan and ct scan then I can send those to you. Please help me with my mother's treatment.

Hi, my wife is pregnant (8 weeks running) she is 21 years. I want to know about at this time can she use "garner light complete serum cream" daily? Her skin is dry and fair. She wants a cream that will not darken her skin. Though garner mentioned it is dermatological tested, but is there any ingredients that can be harmful? If it is not suitable, can you please suggest a pregnancy-safe cream? 2) with so many ingredients no one can give scientific answer as no such scientific studies exist still confirm with skin specialist.

I noticed a lump on my anal edge in september 2019 and I thought it's normal pimple and I ignored that it'll go away own but it didn't almost 2 months and then I used coconut oil on it. It reduced in size but again. But appeared again and I used coconut oil again its just reducing in size not going away later in lockdown physical activities stopped then I felt itching there and used coconut oil again it helped me to get rid of itching but not that lump. After sometime I used glycerin to get rid iff it but didn't work. Then I went to a doctor she examined and she said this is fungal infection. And she gave me ofloxacin 200 tablets and dermikem oc max ointment to apply there. I used it for 15-20 days but didn't work but that lump was getting bigger that ofloaxin 200 tablets caused me (extreme headache, dizziness, constipation and body pain ). Then I consulted another doctor and she examined and said it's external piles and she gave me anovate ointment to apply and pilon and metrogyl 400 tablets. And asked me to come after 5 days. When I went she gave me cefixime tablets. Twice a day also have sits bath twice a day. And after two days my piles got worst I consulted her again and she said may be I eat some hot thing like garlic onion or ginger but I eat it usually it never got this worst and painful. Before having medicines I never experienced pain there and then she prescribed me pile tablets of himalaya for 30 days and a cream name smuth to apply thereafter having sits bath and a pain killer if I feel pain it's been 5 days that worst blood clot swelling isn't going away. Please help me to know about it better and what to do further. A ointmentton.

You definitely have a hemorrhoid. It will hurt even more if you are constipated and when you strain while defecating. Hence try to increase the fiber in your diet and you can also use isabgol powder if you have constipation. Avoid breads and maida based products as they increase constipation. there is no description of nature of rash. It is better to avoid using powder or cream. for bath, use glycerin soap.

Hello sir, thank you so much for your reply. I'm further answering to your reply 1 hour ago on my question related to piles, I attached my question at the end of this reply. So there is no bleeding. And as you suggested it may be anal fissure (fissure is like a tear) but there is not cut or tear. I just had small inflammation on the anal edge and I got tensed then I consulted a doctor she gave medicine as i've written in my first. And as I mentioned it got worst after taking medicines from second doctor she told me it's external piles she gave me medicine for 5 days and asked to come again. I went after 5 days she gave me another tablets and after 2 days it got worst it became like thrombosis external piles and that's painful but no bleeding no cut or tear she said I might have eaten something hot like garlic, ginger, onion etc but I didn't eat these things but before starting this treatment I use to alot that time didn't but within a week of this treatment this happened now i'm taking pilex tablets of himalaya and using anovate ointment during bowel movement and having sitz 2-3 times daily putting a antibiotic powder she recommended and after sits bath a cream name smuth. I don't know what to do now. It's been a week still painful. Can you please help me with the right treatment or something I should do to heal from it. Pain and swelling associated with external piles could be managed by sitz bath; anti-inflammatory medicines etc. Size of external piles will reduce considerably by this treatment. But you should not expect external piles will disappear by this treatment only. You need to get these removed either surgically or by graded ksharsutra treatment.
