Hi I understand your mum has arthritis. If it’s knee or hip joint, you can try glucosamine. Spine arthritis, it’s not useful. Read this link. Dosage there only. Check contraindications. Https://bnf. Nice.org. Uk/drug/glucosamine. Html.

Hydrotherapy
hydrotherapy is the practice of using water to relieve aching muscles. Simply soak in a tub full of warm water (not hot as it can cause your blood pressure to drop). You can add essential oils or epsom salts to help relieve pain. A warm bath before bed may also improve your sleep.

Hello Sir, Chandan Here I'm having back pain from last three years due to which I'm unable to work or sit even for 5 minutes. None of the doctors told me the clear and actual reason for this problem. The problem started 3 years ago, as I used to work for 12-14 hours while sitting on chair. Suddenly this problem occurred one day, and I had to leave my job. I consulted with two Ortho Doctors. They did the check up, and asked for X-ray, which were normal. Fews days before, I came to Delhi, and went to the MCDH Hospital. They did all the checkup and said reports are normal. They prescribed me PREGABEL-75 which I'm taking currently. Since I work in office, my pain has increased more from last 10 days. I was working with THE BELT prescribed by one of my Physio. But now it's really difficult to sit and work with wearing the BELT. Please advise.

Also, your sedentary lifestyle, and age further strengthens my suspicion. Mechanical low back pain is most common condition affecting humans and it can be v...more
