This sort of pain during pregnancy is due to extreme relaxation of ligaments[structures which bind the bones together at the joints ] .the following measures should be taken ; 1 -1000 mg of calcium per day in two divided doses. 2-A combination of Magnesium with Vit D 3like MgD3one per day. 3-Do not make any movement with a jerk. Support firmly the joint in question with your hands while making any movement.
