Asked for male, 34 years old from Jind

I am asking for my mother she is 67 years old and diagnosed with diabetics last 3 months since then her weight is reduced, pain in legs from knee to toe can't sit down and stand up properly. She is taking metformin 1000 mg tablet and gabamax gold with pregabalin, methylcobalamin. Somewhere sugar levels are reduced from 250 to 150 by medicine but doctor is unable to tell that why she can't walk stretch and sit up down properly after having medicine 3 months of dosage sometimes we felt that she is not suffering from diabetics and the problem is something else. Inability to stand or walk is not because of diabetes.
Kindly consult orthopaedic surgeon for knee and back or radiating pain below the knee.
Have at least x-ray of knee joint ap and lateral view.
And if necessary of back i.e. Lumbar spine ap and lateral. He can guide you for further treatment.

Metformin causes weight loss initially, so need not to worry. pain in legs can be because of osteoarthritis or osteoporosis, so you need to consult an orthopedic doctor.

I am from india and 34 year male. I am suffering from left side nerve pressure in head and sometimes pain travelling from head to toe. I have anxiety symptoms sometimes and was taking clonazepam 0.25 mg at night for that. But had panic issue sometimes. Have got ct and mri done 4 months ago and it was normal. But I sometimes feel like my brain is very sensitive to anything and shock absorbing system is little weak. Just started pregabalin 75 plus methylcobalamin 750 for nerve pain and getting little relief. Pls suggest what is the issue behind.

Hello, Have natural diet to cover up deficiency. Consult a physician regarding the need of supplements. Hosit is a good brand. But it should not be taken without a physician approval.

Hello respected Doctors. I'm 18 week's pregnant and suffering from Shoulder joint pain | neck and shoulder pain since 1 year ago. I have gone to many Doctors some of them advice me to take (Paracetamol 500mg tablet) take two tablets three times aday for 1 month. And some other Doctors advise me to take (Methylcobalamin 500mg injection) for 12 days. And some other Doctors advice me to take (Pregabalin 100mg tablet) take one tablet at bed time. And some other Doctors advice me to take (Vitamin D3). So dear respected Doctors I have taken all these medicines but there is no effect on my shoulders and neck pain. Same like before there is alot of pain on my Shoulders neck and spinal cord. And when there is alot of pain on my Shoulders and neck I use sometimes INDIAN MOVE CREAM. When I use this Cream it gives me some relaxation I fell little bit good then before. But again after sometimes I fell my shoulders neck pain and I start Vomiting. Dear Doctors sir believe me I became fatup with this kind of problem so please plz please I need your help please help me for my this problem.

Hello. I'm am 35/m. Felt pain in the the upper back and severe pain along the hand, index finger numb for 3 days. No vomiting, giddiness. Got x-ray and mri done. Diagnosed with cervical spondylosis (discs touching the nerves also) two days ago. Took covid vaccine one day ahead of diagnosis. Doctor prescribed tab. Meftal forte, chyrol forte, clamnil plus for 15 days along with cervical collar soft. Started this medication from one day. Pain not severe now. The question is- I am experiencing muscle cramps from shoulder to elbow in the night, or when I lie down to sleep on the bed. My friend suggested the use of tabs flexisure-d and pregader-m (pregabalin 75 mg methylcobalamin 750 mcg) twice a day, based on his past experience. Did not start this currently. So can I consider starting it as additional medication for relaxation from muscle cramps? Or by using a combination of doctors prescription and friend's suggestion? Kindly advise.

Respected Lybrate user. Don't have to be confused. Be careful. Concious and be confefedent your problem. Please remember" precautions as your doctor told you. Have you started any neck ex's. In mild pain also you follow and do some precautions & ex's.if you're not know. Please ask orthopaedic doctor or physio therapist.
