Sir, my father is having tingling and numbness sensation in last 2 fingers of left hand from last two months. We visited doctor and doctor prescribed methylcobalamin and pregabalin tablets. The nerve conduction study was also done with normal findings. Still after two months he has no relief. Kindly guide us what is the problem if ncv is normal and what should be our further course of action.

The medication prescribed to you by your doctor are correct but if you are not having releife then your medication needs to be updated. Also get his vit b12 and hba1c checked.

Dear sir after that pain I have consulted doctor urologist and surgeon and I have done scrotum scanning abdomen and pelvis scanning and then ct scan with contrast but in that there is no any such changes and reports are normal after that one doctor is telling that you have hernia and again I have consulted other doctor and has told me you don't have any hernia you take doxofylline for 20 days it will be ok I have used for 20 days then also my pain was not reduced again I have consulted one more urologist and they have prescribed pregabalin and methylcobalamin for 20 days after taking that 20 days then also it has not been reduced and again I have consulted doctor and he has given amoxicillin with clavulanic acid thrice in a day and pregabalin and methylcobalamin morning and evening and diclofenac with serratiopeptidase I am taking this medication from past 3 days when have taken diclofenac and serratiopeptidase the pain is ok after that again the train is coming I don't know what have to do now and kindly prescribe some good medication in ayurvedic.

Exactly where r you getting pain if the pain in groin region I am suggesting you mri because it may be sportsman groin hernia it can be missed in ct sometimes.

Dont take ultracet for long duration and decrease dosage of pregabalin too. Pregab shud be started at 75mg. Best supplement would be methylcobalamin for radiculopathy, it is present in surbex star or meconerv forte which cud be taken once daily .

Suffering from ed since a month. Very rare erections. Last week I had erections. Was able to have sex. But now it went into same abnormality. My tsh is 5.86, testosterone is 308, lh- 1.56, fsh- 1.91, serum prolactin- 7.53. I have been advised nano leo- once daily, cialis 10 mg weekly thrice. But I have been advised to pause for a month as I am under various other medications. I am taking telma ln 40 for bp, thyronorm- 12.75 mcg early morning. Additionally for anxiety I take etitop- 0.5 mg before sleep, other medications include akubon plus which also contains methylcobalamin- 1,500 mcg. Very worried about ed. Spine stenosis under physiotherapy and rest since 3 weeks.

Don't take injections. Never take injections. It is unnecessary pain.
Just start a good multivitamin tablet.
And taking B12 is not enough. Get proper treatment of the cause of low level of B12. Otherwise once you stop taking B12 it will again come back down if not taken proper treatment.

It's NOT a good idea to take all these medications together.
Caspa Plus is Escitalopram with Clonazepam. Of these, Clonazepam is an anti-epileptic. Myelogen PG contains Pregabalin which is again an anti-epileptic.
Combining these two for diabetic neuropathy is definitely not advisable. Please talk to your doctor and clarify.

Hi sir/ mam, I am recovered from covid, today is my 28 day, as per physician took few tests complete blood picture with esr, vit b12, d dimer, hs crp. All are normal. My query is for the past 10 days some I have head numbness and dizziness when I wakeup in the morning till evening after that it wll be fine. Consulted ent doctor two days before and took ct scan pns and its normal. Dr. said it would be due to virus infect the nerves and develop such problems and advised to take tab pregabalin & methylcobalamin and using it since two days and still have the numbness and dizziness, is it fine or shall I have to take any other medication.

Post covid Headache and numbness has been well documented , It occurs as a pressure or numbness , massages, analgesics help and it will go away, You can continue same medication if it does not improve or increases than a short cours of steroids can also be used, but i feel at he moment what you are doing is OK

I am 16 years old and having pinched pain in my shoulders and numbness in my legs. I consulted with my near by doctor and he gave me three tablets: 1.armith-od (methylcobalamin, pyridoxine hcl and folic acid capsule) 2.serin-d (diclofenac potassium, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase tablets) 3.pra-nav (pregabalin and nortriptyline tablets) dosage directed- armith od 1 time serin-d 2 times a day pra-nav *1 time after taking all three medicines I feel very sleepy which prevents me from doing many works. Is this a side effect?

the tablet (pregabalin and nortriptyline) is causing the mentioned symptom. You should consult your doctor and he can either modify the dosage of prescribe you something else.
