I have pain in lower part of my back, It becomes very tough for me to sit. I took ultracet for 3 days and now I am taking trabest and pregeb mod, but still the problem still persist. I have also done x-ray of LS spine and thoracic spine but they are also normal. What should I do? What is the problem? Please help me.

This seems to be slip disc problem. X ray will not reveal any problem. You must have to do mri scan to diagnose it. But first use a ls corset and undergo some sessions of physiotherapy. Avoid bending forward, contenues sitting and weight lifting.

This appears to be autonomic dysfunction due to uncontrolled Diabetes.
Better control of sugars and better control of BP with vitamins and antioxidants to be given.
Adjustment of medicines dosage will also help.

My mother has a pain in the right leg since last one month. And it is like a neurons pain. And doctor have prescribed the neugaba m-75. So is this helpful in removing pain? And last thing is that the pain is very high. Please Give some method to get relief from that. And one more important thing she is diabetic patient. Sir please give some suggested medicines also?

I am not diabetic nor having thyroid. But from the past 5 days having pain and burning sensation in hands and feet also muscles twitching. I have vitamin d deficiency. Is it the reason for burning and pain? Is Vitamin D responsible for this? I am really worried. Please tell me. Is it just because of vitamin deficiency? When will it recover? My all tests are normal. Taking neugaba er 75 and vitamin d and e. When vitamin deficiency will get over?

Most probably it is due to vit b12 deficiency. Check vit b12 and d3. And take treatment accordingly.

Your pain in the lower abdomen is not related to previous uterine pathology. The present compalint may be due to an inflammatory cause which needs thorough clinical exanination and detaled investigation.

Yes surgery is the only option to correct. Otherwise it may progress and again you will end up in operation theatre for surgery but results may not be good as in this stage.

My cousin is suffering from muscle pain under both the knees from last 10 years. He been to many doctors and used no. Of medicines. But there is no impact on the pain. Before 3 months we been to "Satya Sai Hospital" and they prescribed "Neugalin - A 75 mg" which relief the pain. But when he is not take for one day he suffers a lot with the pain again. Secondly, main problem is he started losing weight from last 2 months (75 kg to 51 kg now). We are in deep concern about this. Could you please suggest what to do for the very next step?

So he told me to take pregabalin for 2 weeks twice a day, and I already take escitalopram due to Fibromyalgia. And I read on net, they interact with each other. So can I take pregabalin with escitalopram or not? And I take escitalopram 10 mg in morning, so can I take pregabalin at night? And what do you think is the pain due to?
