Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist
Then lot of reports are done and different treatments are tried. Patience is important. IVF is last but not initial option.

Dubagest is safe for your baby.
Some precautions to be taken during air travel are:
1) seatbelts to be used while seated 2) periodic lower extremity movement 3) at least hourly ambulation to lower the risk of venous thromboembolism.

With HbA1c5 6.9 diabetes seems to be well controlled. It is essential to have a very strict glucose control to have less neuropathiy symptoms. If pain and discomfort is more dosage can be increased. But it is preferable to consult your doctor who is treating. Thanks.
