There is no difference between both the injections. The terms methylcobalamin and mecobalamin are interchangeable. The short form is mecobalamin and the vitamin b12 scientific name is methylcobalamin.

Mr Vasanthkumar, Thanks for the query.
The tablet mentioned appears to be Pragabalin a drug used to treat diabetic neuropathy related pain. It can be taken if required. But it is most important to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg & HbA1c5 about 7%. Thanks.
