If you want to go with medicines, then you can. If you have any symptoms then can be continued for some days but these can be reduced with proper exercise and diet, reduce roti upto 1 in morning and 1 in evening ,and rather choose multigrain roti, take vegetables without aloo, use daal ,sprouts and fruits, soup whenever you're hungry, do exercise 1/2 hr empty stomach in morning and in evening. For more guidance you can consult with me.

Hip flexor stretch - this exercise stretches the iliopsoas muscle and rectus remoris. Place one knee on the floor and the other foot out in front with the knee bent. Be careful to use on a mat or padding under the painful knee so at not to aggravate the injury. Push your hips forwards and keep your back upright. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
For diabetic neuropathy, your physician who is helping ic controlling blood glucose is good enough. If you are already on Pragabalin, then that happens to be the medicine most often used to reduce neuropatic pain. Most important is to have an excellent blood glucose control with fasting <100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%<7. If you want any help I may be able do the same if you come in a private consultation. Thanks.

Neugaba 75 mg Capsule may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. Neugaba and gabapentin are two different medicines. However, they work in a similar way and both are used for conditions like neuropathic pain and epilepsy. Neugaba is also used for treating anxiety. Please consult your doctor before using any of the medicine.

Dear lybrate user,
you may need a bit of willpower to stop your habit of drinking alcohol permanently. You could easily abstain yourself from alcohol during the initial 2-3 days. But after few days of abstaining from alcohol you will feel a strong craving to drink just one peg of alcohol whenever you face any tense situation.
Here lies your real test. You cannot satisfy yourself with just only one peg. You will need a lot of willpower to resist that craving & face any tense situation wit...more
