I am 37 years old. I am having a bulging in disc issue from last 18 months. I have prescribed medicine like nervite plus, chymoral forte, flexura d along which I have taken for a longer period of time. Now I am facing low back pain problem from 17 days. Pain is mild. So which medicine should I be take to overcome low back pain.

Before taking medicines you should get an mri done to see the size of the disc and the extent of compression.
If mri has already been done then share it here.
The treatment of disc prolapse is mainly rest and physiotherapy.
It important to get physiotherapy done for atleast a month in your case.

Methylcobalamin is nothing but Vitamin B12.

You don't have acne because of any of above mentioned medicines.

Pimples might be because of other reasons like oily skin or hormonal changes.

Long term combiflam use may lead to peptic ulcer and kidney damage. Pregabalin/gabapentin/nortriptyline is a better option which act on pain pathways. Discuss these issue with your doctor.

Take injection methylcobalamin 1000 mg daily, alternate days,twice a week,weekly,twice a month,monthly,
take tablet daily.
Diet as advised by your doctor.

There is no difference between both the injections. The terms methylcobalamin and mecobalamin are interchangeable. The short form is mecobalamin and the vitamin b12 scientific name is methylcobalamin.
