nervigen np contains pregabalin, nortriptyline and methylcobalamin. This combination is usually given for diabetic neuropathy. From what you describe your pain started after you lifted a heavy weight. If the pain is in the shoulder region it may be a tear in the ligament. Nervigen np can be taken along with metformin and it will not interfere with the action of metformin. You may feel somewhat sleepy when you are on this medicine

Respected Doctor, My b12 level around 200. Is methylcobalamin 500 mcg only once a day enough for me.
Normal levei is 200-900 picogram/ml. Less than 200pg/ml is considered deficient. Deficiency occurs due to strict vegetarian diet,
source- mostly obtained from animal food sources. 1. Take meat/egg/ fish, poultry, diary product like milk & milk product,
2. Vegetarian sources of b12 are milk, butter milk, yogurt. Vegetarians have to take b12 supplement

To compensate vit 12, your should consume whole wheat, eggs, milk, cheese, milk products, meat, fish, shellfish and poultry including soy and rice beverages as well. As per information provided by u, you are suffering from paraesthesias due to peripheral neuropathy. Cause ranges from diabetes, Vit. B12 Deficiency (most common cause in your case), lead poisoning, etc.
Get Vit. B12, serum lead estimation.
Life-style changes: Get fresh juices and proteins in breakfast. Always take breakfast, lunch, and dinner on time. Try to sleep at night on time. Daily walk briskly for 30 minutes daily.
