The values of your thyroid profile are ok. I dont see any need of medication. And do not see why ecosprin should be started at this stage. But there is no harm in using it. It is meant to improve the blood supply to your uterus. Folic acid and progesterone are fine. Good nutrition and relaxation are important.

You should keep your blood sugar controlled by means of dietary restrictions, exercise and medications. You may take vitamin b 12, b6, folic acid, pregabalin and nortriptyline with consultation of your doctor. This may prevent the recurrence but medicines and other things have to be continued. Unfortunately no permanent cure is available.
