My two legs and feet are painful and burning while sitting or lying on the bed, these symptoms from gabapentin withdrawal? I checked my lower limbs nerves by nerve conduction study and electromyography and the results are normal, also checked my brain and spine by mri and the results also normal, and checked all my blood tests such as cbc, kidneys and liver functions, uric acid, thyroid gland,(magnesium, calcium, potassium), salts, all these blood tests are normal, so my symptoms of my legs and feet from gabapentin withdrawal? And if yes, what is the treatment of gabapentin withdrawal symptoms?

Don't take injections. Never take injections. It is unnecessary pain.
Just start a good multivitamin tablet.
And taking B12 is not enough. Get proper treatment of the cause of low level of B12. Otherwise once you stop taking B12 it will again come back down if not taken proper treatment.
