You have to include fresh fruits and vegetables on your diet daily.
Increase the consumption of omega 6 and omega 3 in your diet omega 6 and omega 3 sources are olive oil, flax seed, sun flower seeds, sun flower oil-seeds, green tea, chia seeds, canola oil etc.
Drink more fluids and water (coconut water, butter milk, soya milk, green tea)
