Dear preeti, selling in only one leg in someone with hypothyroidism could be due to filariasis varicose veins or venous thrombosis or rarely pretiabial myxedema. Dytor will reduce the swelling but it can cause electrolyte disturbances. If you do a dopper study of the leg veins you can find out if there is venous thrombosis or varicose veins.
