Hydrocortisone is a steroid, likely to have side effects. Use it only under the guidance of a doctor. You have to consult and see what the cause of itching is and treat accordingly.

candibiotic ear drop salt composition-- lidocaine/lignocaine (2%w/v) + beclometasone (0.025%w/v) + clotrimazole (1%w/v) + chloramphenicol (5%w/v)
as you can see there is difference in one salt component. So its better to ask your physician.

Hi! depending on the history, you might be suffering from eczema scrotum .but however, fungal infections to be ruled out. The creams which you have applied hydrocortisone is a steroid cream ,which gives temporary relief but contrary will spread the infection more ,once stopped. Please stop the steroid cream.
