Neosporin is not used for orchitis .You have orchitis and need anti inflammatory drugs like Brufen and antibiotics based on culture test.

Sir neosporin is ok. You can also use t-bact or mupriocin ointment. Please clean the cut properly with soap and water and apply band-aid. If a deep cut take him to nearest hospital.
