I do not think you need to continue these medicines. It is important to keep the stool soft. Take plenty of fluids orally. Some medicines are available which will help you in this condition. For more details you can contact me.

Hi,
1 month of low back pain is not alarming. Most of the times these are mechanical or muscular backpain. Xray may not show any changes.
I have few advice for you to follow before you go for aggressive physio.
1. Start drinking atleast 15-20 glass of water. You can have a count for the same.
2. Start walking for atleast 30 minutes morning and evening.
Do both of these for atleast 2 weeks and message me after 2 weeks regarding the status of your backpain.
Thanks.
