First of all wake up early and go for walking or jogging,,do some yoga,,take food in every 3-4 hrs interval,,small food at a time,,take over night soaked jeera water i the morning,,take amla and alovera juice in the morning,,with this u need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure ur problem permanently
